Transsist Translator for Windows
Transsist finds your Jobs in your work folders, counts the words and pages in your finished documents, prices them at each client’s rate and turns them into invoices — with your files and records kept on your own computer.
No card needed · Windows 10 and 11 · English and Arabic
One minute
From a client's files in a folder to a paid invoice — filmed in the real application, on sample data.
No sound — captions describe each step. Read the captions as text.
How it works
Transsist scans the folders your Jobs already live in and builds your Job list from them, with each Job’s files — and keeps it current as folders change.
Words, characters and pages in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files, including scanned PDF pages read with Windows’ own text recognition.
Per word, per page, per hour, per minute or a fixed fee — from the Job, the client or a tiered pricing plan.
Build invoices from Jobs, save them as PDF or Excel, record payments, and see at a glance what is still unpaid.
Everything in one place
Every plan includes all of it.
Every Job with its source, target and reference files, revisions and delivery history.
Day, week and month views of every delivery date, with reminders when a deadline is close.
Draft, issue and track invoices; attach payment proof; reconcile old invoice records.
Search inside everything you have translated, and preview files inside Transsist.
Connect your mailbox to turn client requests into Jobs and send deliveries and invoices.
Personal WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, next to your clients and Jobs.
Revenue, volume and deadline performance over any period, compared side by side.
The whole interface in either language, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic.
