This document describes how Transsist actually works, and those parts are accurate. The highlighted passages below are commercial and legal details still being finalised:
Nothing else on this page is provisional. If a highlighted clause matters to your decision, ask us before buying and we will answer in writing.
We offer refunds on request after purchase. The exact window, in days, is being finalised. Ask us before buying if it matters, and we will confirm it in writing.
The 14-day free trial exists so that you do not have to rely on a refund policy at all: it is the complete application, with nothing held back, and it needs no card.
The licence is withdrawn and any devices activated against it stop revalidating. Within your plan’s offline grace window the application will keep working, then it pauses new work intake.
A refund does not delete anything on your machine. Your database, invoices, exports and documents stay exactly where they are, and you keep full access to everything you already produced. We would not take that away from you, and the software has no mechanism to.
If the software is not doing what you expected, tell us first — it is often a setting, and we would rather fix it than take your money and leave. Refunds are not conditional on trying support first; we just find it usually works out better.
Contact support from the email address on the account. We do not need a reason, though one helps us improve.
Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce rights you have by law, and where the two differ the law wins. The specific statutory withdrawal rights that apply depend on the jurisdiction being finalised in our terms.
If you open a chargeback, the licence is withdrawn while it is investigated. If you think something has gone wrong with a payment, please talk to us first — it is quicker for both of us.
