Everything between a finished translation and a paid invoice
Transsist is a desktop application for Windows. It reads the work you have already done, prices it, invoices it, and tells you what it could not account for.
Scanning and measurement
Walks your year/month/day folder tree and finds every job inside it.
Opens final translated documents and counts their words.
Reads DOCX, PDF, XLSX and PPTX; final spreadsheets and decks can be made billable by pattern.
Watches folders, so dropping in a new translated file updates totals without a refresh.
Reports folders it could not interpret instead of guessing at them.
Clients, rates and pricing
Per word, per 100 words, per 1,000 words, per page, fixed fee or hourly.
A default rate, per-client overrides, and a rate file beside an individual job.
Pricing plans with tiers, and quota plans with periodic allocations.
Rate history, so an old job keeps the rate it was priced at.
Separate rates for translation and proofreading work.
Invoicing
Build an invoice from a day, a client, or a date range.
Draft, review, then save a PDF.
Partial payments tracked against an invoice.
Invoice templates and a configurable layout.
Import of legacy invoice records from earlier spreadsheets and documents.
Reporting
Revenue and volume over time.
Breakdown by client, language pair and document kind.
Export to Excel.
A calendar view of the work behind the numbers.
Intake
Import jobs from email over IMAP, including Gmail and Microsoft accounts via OAuth.
WhatsApp Cloud API integration for message-based intake.
Attachments linked to the jobs they belong to.
You supply and control every credential; they are stored encrypted on your machine.
Your data
A local SQLite database, on your machine.
Backups you can take and restore.
An optional application passcode lock.
Uninstalling leaves your database, invoices and exports in place.
Arabic and English interface.
